Subsidy Delay in Rajasthan: 23 Lakh Families Await LPG Refund
Around 23 lakh families in Rajasthan, entitled to receive a ₹356 subsidy for LPG cylinders from the state government, have not received the subsidy for the past three months. Sumit Godara, the state food and civil supply minister, explained that the delay was due to a technical glitch in the system. According to a report by the Times of India, officials from the food and civil supply department mentioned that the issue occurred because the government delayed the process of mapping the bank account details of consumers through their respective dealers in the state’s system.माताओं-बहनों को दिलाई धुएं से मुक्ति। राजस्थान की 69 लाख से अधिक महिलाओं को मिली LPG की शक्ति। #ModiKeSaathVikas pic.twitter.com/xo4j42EcqT

Technical Glitch Behind Subsidy Delay
“There have been some technical glitches in the system. When our officials tried to transfer the subsidy, it showed an error message. We have rectified the issue for most of the consumers. The finance department will now transfer the funds. For the rest, we will fix the glitch as soon as possible,” said Godara.₹806 में सिलेंडर खरीदने वाले 23 लाख परिवारों को ₹356 की सब्सिडी अब तक नहीं मिली।
