Everybody is now waiting for the result of the Delhi Assembly Election 2025. BJP or AAP, who is going to rule the delhi? Questions have been raised. The results for the Delhi Assembly elections are set to be announced today, February 8th.

BJP looks set to take control of Delhi after 27 years, according to the latest trends. With 70 assembly seats up for grabs, the magic number for a majority is 36. Most exit polls show BJP ahead of AAP, and it seems like that’s turning out to be accurate.

BJP is enjoying a significant lead in Delhi, while Aam Aadmi Party is struggling to keep up. Arvind Kejriwal, AAP’s National Convenor and former Chief Minister, is falling behind in the New Delhi seat where he’s running. BJP’s Pravesh Verma is currently in the lead, and reports indicate that Kejriwal is trailing by about 1,500 votes.

Early counting trends show the BJP has reached 50 seats, while the Aam Aadmi Party is leading in 23. Notably, AAP’s Manish Sisodia is ahead in the Jangpura seat, which was previously leaning towards the BJP.

So far, the vote count indicates that the BJP has secured 52% of the votes, with the Aam Aadmi Party at 42% and Congress trailing at 3%. The Election Commission reports that the BJP is leading in three key areas: Sangam Vihar, Vishwas Nagar, and Shahdara, maintaining that 52% share of the votes counted.

BJP’s Dushyant Gautam is currently in the lead for the Karol Bagh assembly seat, which has seen the lowest voter turnout. Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party is ahead in Ballimaran, Matia Mahal, and Matilaya, while BJP’s Manoj Jindal is leading in Sadar Bazar and Rekha Gupta in Shalimar.

According to the latest from the Election Commission, the BJP is leading in 19 seats, with the Aam Aadmi Party ahead in 5. The BJP continues to hold over 50% of the votes, while AAP has more than 40%.
