Ration card e-KYC is an online process, through which the Aadhaar card of ration card holders is linked to their ration card. This process makes government records more accurate and prevents irregularities. It was launched in 2023 and implemented through the National Food Security Portal (NFSP). If you want to get a ration card e-KYC, then you are required to have the following documents:

Aadhar Card

Ration Card

PAN Card (if available)

Mobile number (linked to Aadhaar)

Email ID (optional)

Identity proof (e.g. Voter ID, Driving License, etc.)

Original Residence Certificate.

 

Ration Card E KYC Status Check in Phone

 

1. Through the National Food Security Portal

Go to the website nfsa.gov.in.

 

2. Click on the “Ration Card e-KYC Status” option.

Enter your ration card information and Aadhaar number.

 

3. After submitting, your e-KYC status will appear on the screen.

4. Enter the ration card number.

 

5. Check the status by filling in the requested information.
