Great news for the 1.27 crore sisters benefiting from the Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana! Today, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will be transferring a whopping Rs 1553 crore to the accounts of these Ladli sisters in Pipalrawan village, located in the Sonkachh tehsil of Dewas district.

The Ladli Behna Yojana is a key initiative for women in Madhya Pradesh, launched by the previous Shivraj government back in May 2023. Initially, the scheme provided Rs 1000, but now women receive a total of Rs 15,000 annually, which breaks down to Rs 1250 each month. Typically, the funds are released on the 10th of every month, but they might come earlier during festivals or special occasions.

There are also some exciting gifts for beneficiaries and farmers! On January 10, CM Mohan Yadav will transfer Rs 337 crore to 56 lakh beneficiaries of the Social Security Pension Scheme and Rs 1624 crore to 81 lakh farmers under the Kisan Kalyan Yojana. During the event, the Chief Minister will chat with beneficiaries to learn about their experiences with the scheme.

Additionally, CM Mohan Yadav will kick off and lay the groundwork for 53 development projects worth Rs 144 crore. This includes the launch of 37 projects valued at Rs 102 crore and the foundation laying for 16 projects costing Rs 42 crore. Various government scheme benefits will also be handed out during this event.

Here’s a different take on the key points about the Ladli Behna Yojana:

1. The Ladli Behna Yojana kicked off in May 2023 under the previous Shivraj Singh Chouhan administration. The plan was to provide married women aged 21 to 60 with a monthly support of Rs 1000, with the first payment made on June 10.

2. The amount was bumped up to Rs 1250 just in time for Rakshabandhan 2023.

3. Now, women enrolled in this scheme receive a total of Rs 15,000 each year, which breaks down to Rs 1250 every month. Over the course of the program, 20 monthly payments will be sent to the Ladli sisters from June 2023 through January 2025.

4. Additionally, the women beneficiaries received a special financial boost of Rs 250 in both August 2023 and August 2024, making it a total of two extra payments.

2. On the homepage, select the “Application & Payment Status” option.

3. Once you’re on the next page, input your application number or member overall number.

4. After you complete the captcha, an OTP will be sent to your mobile phone.

5. Enter the OTP you received and verify it.

6. Once verified, click on the “Search” button to view your payment status.
