January 2025 Best Cars: Sales data for the Sub Four Meter SUV segment in the Indian market has been disclosed for January 2025. Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, and Hyundai continue to dominate this category. Below, we present the top five SUVs along with their respective sales figures.
TATA Punch
The Tata Punch emerged as the leading SUV for January 2025. Despite experiencing a decline of approximately 10% in sales compared to the previous year, it maintained its top position.

TATA Nexon
Following closely, the Tata Nexon secured the second spot. It too faced a 10% decrease in sales but successfully retained its position among the top five.

In third place, Maruti Suzuki’s Fronx saw an increase in sales by 11% this month.

Despite a minor decrease, Brezza and Venue have maintained their positions within the top five. Another thing is notable, these cars are mostly budget friendly, and within the range to middle class. Especially TATA Punch, this micro SUV has launched, targeting the costumers, whose budget is not so high.
