The design of Hero MotoCorp’s new scooter Xoom 125 is very fresh and sharp, which especially attracts the youth and those who like sporty look. In this you get all-LED lighting setup, as well as cornering lamps, which make it even more attractive.

Talking about the features, it has a fully digital LCD instrument cluster, in which you get features like turn-by-turn navigation, smartphone connectivity, and call and SMS alerts. Not only this, speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge, and instantaneous fuel economy are also clearly visible on the instrument cluster.

For the convenience of the rider, the Xoom 125 also has an external fuel filling cap. For safety, it has a Combi-Braking System (CBS). In this scooter, you also get first-in-class sequential indicators and a USB charging port on the front apron.

Powerful engine, strong performance

The Hero Xoom 125 has a 125cc single-cylinder engine, which generates 9PS of power and 10.4 Nm of peak torque. It has a CVT transmission. The scooter has telescopic forks and monoshock suspension. The most special thing is its 14-inch wheels, which are unique in this segment.

It has 110 section tyres in the front and 120 section tyres in the rear. For braking, disc brakes have been provided in the front and drum brakes in the rear. The company claims that Zoom 125 is the fastest 125cc scooter, which reaches a speed of 0-80 kmph in just 7.6 seconds. Hero Zoom 125 competes with scooters like Suzuki Access 125, Suzuki Avenis 125, TVS Ntorq 125, Aprilia SR 125 and Yamaha Ray ZR 125.

This new scooter is available in two variants: VX and ZX. Its base VX variant is priced at ₹ 86,400 (ex-showroom). At the same time, the top-spec variant is priced at ₹ 92,900 (ex-showroom). It is available in four different color options: Metallic Turbo Blue, Matte Storm Grey, Inferno Red and Matte Neon Lime.
