The transfer orders for Rajasthan government employees are making waves on social media. One order states that Richa Sharma is to be removed, while another indicates that Indravati is to be assigned to a distant location outside Jhunjhunu district. This has left employees confused, as they struggle to determine which posting is accurate. Employee organizations are calling for a clear transfer policy, expressing concerns that arbitrary transfers are causing distress among staff and officials, often influenced by leaders and MLAs.
In Case 1, Richa Sharma, who serves as Assistant Accountant II in the Pension and Pensioners Welfare Department, has been transferred from the Town Planning Department in Jaipur. However, her new posting is listed simply as removal, leaving her actual assignment unclear.
In Case 2, Nursing Officer Sharda Pargi, currently at Maharana Bhupal District Hospital in Udaipur, has been transferred to CHC Anandpuri in Banswara and PHC Naharpura, also in Banswara. Interestingly, her name appears third on the list, but her third posting is noted as PHC Naharpura, Banswara.
Indrawati Kulhari, who has been serving as an ANM in Indrapura (Udaipurwati) Jhunjhunu, has received a transfer. Her new assignment indicates that she will be stationed at a location far from the Jhunjhunu district.
In another case, Nursing Officer Kuldeep Meena from CHC Jhajhar Jhunjhunu has been transferred to CHC Ras, located in Block Jaitaran, Pali. Interestingly, this same individual was also reassigned to Shri Kalyan Medical College in Sikar under the name Kuldeep Singh Meena, taking over the position from Jitendra Sunda.
It appears that multiple employees have been assigned to two different posts. For instance, the nursing officer from CHC Jhajhar was both removed and assigned to two separate locations. Consequently, the nursing officer who was in the position Kuldeep took over was reassigned to Jhajhar. There are numerous similar instances noted in the records.
