Maruti Suzuki made a lot of headlines by introducing the production-spec version of the e-Vitara electric SUV at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. However, apart from this, the company also introduced new concepts for its existing models. During this, the Powerplay Concept Edition of the popular Brezza of the Indian market was also shown. In such a situation, let’s know about the Brezza Powerplay Concept here.

Design of Maruti Suzuki Brezza Powerplay Concept

Maruti Suzuki has not changed much in the overall design of the Brezza with the Powerplay Concept. But due to the black treatment on its grille, bumper, and smoked headlights, it looks more powerful.

Along with this, when you look carefully at its pictures, you also see a new dual-tone orange and black exterior shade in the Brezza Concept Edition. At the same time, its side doors look bolder due to special ‘Powerplay’ graphics.

Apart from this, the ORVMs (outer rear view mirrors) and alloy wheels have been given a black color, which gives it a sportier look than the regular Brezza. Its tail lights have a smoke effect, while the bumper also has a silver skid plate.

Powertrain of Maruti Suzuki Brezza Powerplay Concept

The powertrain of the Brezza Powerplay Concept has not been revealed yet, but it is expected that the company will retain the naturally aspirated petrol engine of its regular Brezza. The Maruti Brezza available for sale in the Indian market has a 1.5-liter petrol engine that generates 103 PS of power and 137 Nm of peak torque. It is available with a 5-speed manual transmission (MT) or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

At the same time, its CNG variant gives an output of 88 PS and 121.5 Nm and is mated to a 5-speed MT. If we talk about its mileage, its petrol variant gives a mileage of 19.89 km and its CNG variant gives a mileage of up to 25.51 km/kg.

Let us tell you that the ex-showroom price of the current version of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza ranges from ₹ 8.34 lakh to ₹ 14.14 lakh. Currently, the price of the Powerplay edition of Brezza has not been announced. But it is expected that its price may be slightly higher than the regular version.
