Delhi Election 2025: Delhi’s electoral battle has become very interesting. The Aam Aadmi Party, Bharatiya Janata Party, and Congress have all released manifestos. All three parties are making big announcements for the people of Delhi. For example, the BJP party has announced that it will give Rs 2500 per month under the Mahila Samridhi Yojana.
On the other hand, the Congress party promised to give 2500 to women if it came to power. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal is busy pleasing the people of Delhi to remain in power.
After the Delhi Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party will appoint its new national president. Sources say that the election of the party president is likely to be held between February 10 and February 20. President JP Nadda will continue leading the BJP until the Delhi elections. His presidential term ended in January 2024, but considering the Lok Sabha elections, Nadda’s term was extended by one year.
Members of the National Council and State Council are being elected now. At least 50% of the state units will have to complete their organisational elections before the election of the national president. So far, only four states have completed electing their state presidents. According to BJP leaders, the organisational polls are being held at their scheduled time and will be completed on time.
The names of Dharmendra Pradhan and Bhupendra Yadav were also on the news during the last organisational elections. Bhupendra Yadav is from Rajasthan. Dharmendra Pradhan comes from Odisha. Vinod Tawde is from Maharashtra. All three leaders are said to be very close to Amit Shah.
According to the party constitution, only a person who has been a party member for at least 15 years can be made the national president. Nitin Gadkari commanded the organisation from 2010 to 2013. Rajnath Singh was the national president of the BJP from 2005 to 2009 and then from 2013 to 14.
