Bitter gourd – 300 grams
Water – half a bowl
Salt – one teaspoon
Turmeric powder – one teaspoon
Oil – 3 medium size spoons
Onion – 3
Ginger – 1
Garlic – four to five
Green chilies – three to four
Ground coconut powder – two tablespoons
Tomatoes – 2
Kashmiri chilies – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 2 tablespoons
Prepare tasty bitter gourd quickly in this way
First of all, cut the bitter gourd from the middle into four parts and remove the seeds. Now take water in a bowl and add salt and turmeric to it and mix it well and put all these bitter gourds in it for about 15 minutes.
Now take a pan, let the oil heat in it and add chopped onion. After the onion is cooked, add ginger, garlic, green chilies and coconut. Fry all these till they turn brown. Now put all the prepared ingredients in the mixer jar and prepare a paste by adding tomatoes.
Now take out the water from the bitter gourd and squeeze it well and fry it in the pan. Now put one spoon of oil in the pan again and add one spoon of cumin seeds, one teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder and the ingredients prepared in the mixer. Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder a little bit. After frying them well for 5 minutes, add curd and stir well. Now add some water and keep stirring and then add the fried bitter gourd. Let them cook covered for 5-10 minutes.
