Ingredients for making chicken kabab:
500 grams boneless chicken
15-20 garlic cloves
2 inch piece of ginger
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon red chili powder
Half teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
One teaspoon dry mango powder
Two tablespoons cornflour
Two tablespoons all-purpose flour
Green coriander
Two onions
Green chilies
Half bowl oil
Salt according to taste

Method of making chicken kabab:
First of all, chop garlic, ginger, onion and coriander leaves very finely with the help of a chopper. Then keep the boneless chicken in a large vessel and mix the finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies in it. Add all the ground spices to the chicken and mix well. Finally, prepare a good dough by adding two teaspoons cornflour, one teaspoon all-purpose flour and salt according to taste.
Keep the prepared chicken dough aside for 5 minutes to set. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and make small tikkis out of the prepared chicken mixture and fry them on medium flame. Prepare all the chicken kebabs. Keep in mind that the flame should be medium otherwise the chicken will not become crispy from inside. If you want, you can also deep fry it. This will make the chicken tikka even more delicious.
