Ingredients for making Egg Pakora:

6 boiled eggs

One bowl of gram flour

Half a bowl of semolina

Finely chopped green chillies

One teaspoon dry mango powder

Half a teaspoon turmeric powder

Half a teaspoon chili powder

Oil for frying

Method of making Egg Pakora:

Cut the boiled eggs into 2 parts and add half a bowl of gram flour, two to three teaspoons of semolina, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, half a teaspoon chili powder, finely chopped green chillies and one teaspoon salt and mix well.

Let the mixed batter set for a few minutes. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the battered eggs in hot oil. Fry them twice to make them more crunchy.
