Ingredients for making garlic chicken:

500 grams chicken

Half a bowl of garlic

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

One teaspoon Kasuri methi

Half a teaspoon coriander

Half a teaspoon turmeric

Half a teaspoon chili

Half a teaspoon cumin

Half a teaspoon black pepper

Salt according to taste

One teaspoon garam masala

Finely chopped coriander

Method of making garlic chicken:

First of all we will marinate the chicken. For this, clean the chicken thoroughly and add half a teaspoon turmeric and half a teaspoon salt and keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. If we are going to make it in a cooker, then keep a cooker of three to five liters capacity on the gas.

As soon as the oil gets hot, add half a bowl of oil and one tablespoon of butter in it. Add half a teaspoon cumin, two bay leaves, two dry red chilies and half a bowl of garlic and add the tadka.
