Good news for women in this state, the government is preparing to provide work from home

Good news for states womens. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been a key figure in reshaping Andhra Pradesh’s identity during the information age. Previously, he established the state as a notable IT hub. Now, after returning to power with promises to enhance women’s safety and living standards, he’s set to achieve new milestones.

Naidu announced plans to roll out a large-scale work-from-home policy for women under the state’s Information Technology (IT) and Global Capability Center (GCC) Policy 4.0.

On X, he also recognized women and girls in STEM fields on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, stating, “Today, we celebrate their achievements and are dedicated to ensuring they have equal access to opportunities for growth in these areas.”

This initiative was inspired during the pandemic.

The TDP leader noted that the COVID-19 crisis significantly transformed work culture globally, showcasing how technology kept things moving and helped manage the situation. The work-from-home model has positively impacted many lives. He believes that simplifying work culture can enhance productivity and create a safer environment for women.
