Golgappa masala: two teaspoons

Salt: according to taste

Water: one liter

Black pepper: a pinch

Prepare golgappa water in this way:

First of all, grind mint, ginger, coriander, tamarind pulp, and ginger pieces in a mixer.

Now take out this paste in a bowl and mix about 1 liter of water in a big bowl.

Now mix chaat masala, black pepper, salt, lemon and golgappa masala well in golgappa water. Then keep it in the fridge to cool for a while.
