What is the Eligibility?

This scheme is for families in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG), and Middle Income Group (MIG).

EWS: Families with an annual income of up to Rs 3 lakh.
LIG: Families with an annual income between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh.
MIG: Families with an annual income between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 9 lakh.

Benefits Under the Interest Subsidy Scheme

Under this scheme, you can get a subsidy on your home loan. Beneficiaries who take a home loan up to Rs 25 lakh for a house valued up to Rs 35 lakh are eligible for a 4% interest subsidy on the first Rs 8 lakh loan for 12 years. Eligible beneficiaries will receive a subsidy of up to Rs 1.80 lakh, which will be disbursed in five-year instalments.

  1. Aadhaar details of the applicant: Aadhaar number, name as per Aadhaar, date of birth.
  2. Aadhaar details of family members: Aadhaar number, name as per Aadhaar, date of birth.
  3. Active bank account details of the applicant: Account number, bank name, branch, IFSC code (linked with Aadhaar).
  4. Income proof: To validate the income category.
  5. Land documents: Required if the beneficiary is building a house under the Beneficiary-Led Construction (BLC) scheme.

  8. Provide Consent for Aadhaar Authentication
    Give consent for Aadhaar authentication to verify your identity.
  9. Enter Your Aadhaar Details
    Enter your Aadhaar number and name as per the Aadhaar details.
  10. Enter OTP
    Input the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  11. Fill Out the Beneficiary Survey Form
    Complete the Beneficiary Survey Form with accurate information.
