Good news for Infosys workers’. Now Infosys has announced an 85 percent performance bonus for eligible employees. According to the Economic Times report, this bonus is related to the company’s performance in Q2 2025, which ended in September. Eligible employees are expected to receive bonuses along with their November salaries, with the exact payout varying depending on individual performance and contributions made during the quarter.

 

The bonus will be mainly availed by mid- and mid-level employees in the delivery and sales units, which constitute a significant chunk of Infosys’ 3.15 lakh employees.

 

Infosys’ email to employees

The company has sent emails about the bonus to eligible employees. “In line with our organizational goals of fostering a high-performance work culture, we have continued to promote the performance gap while discontinuing bonus payments,” a portion of the email reviewed by the Economic Times read.

 

The email further said that in Q2, we put up a strong performance with broad-based growth, which strengthened our market leadership. This success is a result of your unwavering dedication, our strategic focus on margin performance, and our industry-leading expertise in cloud and generative AI. Your commitment has been critical in building our capabilities and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
