Hyundai Creta EV: Hyundai India introduced the Creta Electric at the Auto Expo 2025, with a starting price of Rs 17 lakh 99 thousand ex-showroom. The company has commenced bookings for the Hyundai Creta Electric, allowing customers to reserve the vehicle for a fee of Rs 25 thousand. This electric model closely resembles its petrol and diesel counterparts.
A 51.4 kWh battery that extends the range to 473 km
The Hyundai Creta Electric offers two battery pack options: a 42 kWh battery that provides a range of 390 km on a single charge, and a 51.4 kWh battery that extends the range to 473 km. The available variants include Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence. Notable features of this electric SUV include a passenger walk-in device, enabling rear seat passengers to adjust the front seats electronically, as well as dual-zone climate control, ventilated dual-powered seats, a panoramic sunroof, ADAS level 2, a 360-degree camera, a digital key, and the use of sustainable materials.
Redesigned steering wheel and center console
Hyundai has implemented significant modifications in this model compared to the traditional Creta, such as the addition of a frunk at the front and a redesigned steering wheel and center console in the interior. Customers can choose from eight color options, including two dual-tone variants.
8-year warranty on battery
The Hyundai Creta Electric is equipped with an infotainment system and an app that facilitates easy payment for charging. It features an NMC battery, which is backed by an 8-year warranty. The 51.4 kWh battery pack is paired with a 171 bhp electric motor, delivering an exceptional driving experience, and the battery itself also comes with an 8-year warranty.
