To make Dhaba-style Matar Paneer, first cut tomatoes and onions into fine pieces. Now chop green chillies finely, cut paneer into small cubes, heat ghee in a pan, and then fry the paneer well. Now boil peas in a vessel.

Make Matar Paneer Sabzi in these ways:

To make Matar Paneer ki Sabzi, heat ghee in a pan. Add whole spices and cumin seeds to fry green chillies and onions. Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste to it as soon as the onion turns light brown.

After this add salt and let it cook, now when the water of tomatoes is cooked, add the spices. Now let it cook well for another 8-10 minutes. If you keep the vegetable covered, it will cook quickly. When the spices are cooked well, put peas on the vegetable. If you want to make it watery, add some water and let it cook till it boils, then add the paneer pieces. After cooking for four to five minutes, add green coriander and serve.
