Singhade ki sabji Recipe : Prepare water chestnut vegetable quickly

Let’s see what ingredients we will need to make water chestnut ki sabji!

Ingredients for making water chestnut vegetable:

250 grams water chestnut

Two big onions

One big tomato

Two teaspoons vegetable masala

Half teaspoon turmeric powder

Half teaspoon chili powder

Half teaspoon kasuri methi

Half teaspoon coriander powder

Half teaspoon cumin powder

Half teaspoon black pepper powder

Half bowl of curd

Two tablespoons oil

Method of making water chestnut vegetable:

First of all boil the water chestnut and fry it. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan and add cumin tadka. Add finely chopped onion and tomato and fry well. Now add half cup of curd and all the ground spices in a bowl and mix well. Add the prepared mixture and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

When the masala is well prepared, then add fried water chestnuts to it and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. If you want, add one teaspoon of butter on top and mix well. This will double the taste of water chestnut vegetable.
