Make restaurant-style crispy and spicy chilli mushrooms quickly, with this easy method, try it today

Chilli Mushroom: Chilli mushroom is a Chinese dish that is liked by people of all ages these days. You can find Chinese shops on every street and corner. When you go to a restaurant with your family to eat, you definitely order chilli mushroom as a starter. But do you always get that tasty chilli mushroom?

Today we will make restaurant style chilli mushroom at home, after eating which you will be forced to lick your fingers. You can make chilli mushroom very easily at home. It takes us only 20 to 25 minutes to make it. And home-made food is very healthy and safe for you and your family.

 

So let us prepare to make our favorite dish chilli mushroom together today!

Here are the ingredients for making chilli mushroom:

250 grams of mushrooms

Two onions

One tablespoon cornflour

Two capsicum

Half a bowl of finely chopped saga onions

Two tablespoons soya sauce

Two tablespoons chilli sauce

Two tablespoons tomato ketchup

Two tablespoons schezwan sauce

Half a teaspoon cumin powder

Half a teaspoon black pepper powder

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Half a bowl of oil

Salt according to taste

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method of making mushroom chilli:

To make mushroom chilli, we will first marinate the mushrooms. For this, we will cut the mushrooms and keep them in a bowl. Mix half a teaspoon of soya sauce, half a teaspoon ginger garlic paste, one tablespoon cornflour, one tablespoon flour and half a teaspoon salt in it and mix the mushrooms well. And keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes to set.

Heat half a bowl of oil in a non-stick pan and when the oil is heated properly, fry the mushrooms in it and keep them aside in a separate plate. Now add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onion and capsicum in this pan. When the onion is fried well, add chilli sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup and fry well on high flame. As soon as the sauce starts thickening, add one spoon of cornflour dissolved in half a cup of water.

Mix all these mixtures well. When it becomes very thick, add fried mushrooms in it and fry on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
