Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Oil for frying
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10 leaves
Green chillies 2-3

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Method of preparation

Prepare the fish: Wash it well and add red chilli, turmeric, salt, and arrowroot. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Tadka (tempering): Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies. Fry well.
Mix the spices: Add a little masala to the tempering, add half a cup of water,r, and let it boil.
