Delicious 4-in-1 Paratha Recipe: A Fusion of Flavors

The winter season is near. Who doesn’t like to eat parathas in such a situation? To make 4 in 1 paratha, you will need these ingredients:

Wheat flour: 2 cups

Salt: according to taste

Boiled potatoes: 1 cup

Red chilli powder
Garam masala

Green coriander
Grated cheese: 1 cup

Mix all the spices

Lemon juice

This is a simple method to make 4 1 paratha

Put flour, salt and water in a large vessel and knead a soft dough. You can also mix two tablespoons of oil to make it smooth. Cover the dough and keep it for 20-25 minutes with any cotton cloth.

Prepare the stuffing for filling the paratha in this way:

You will have prepared all the four types of spices in four different bowls.

For Aloo Masala, take these ingredients: 1 cup (boiled potatoes, salt to taste, a little red chilli powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves)

Paneer Masala: 1 cup (grated paneer, salt to taste, green chilli, green coriander leaves)

Mix Veg Masala: a pinch of salt, a pinch of red chilli powder, and a pinch of garam masala.

Onion: Cut one onion into small pieces, fry it a little, and prepare it for filling.

Prepare 4 in-1 paratha quickly with this method:

First, open the kneaded dough, apply a little oil on your hands, and make balls of this dough.

After the balls are made, roll them in a triangle shape as parathas are made.

Make paneer on the larger side of this paratha and potato tikki on the other side. Mix the masala on the triangle side and fried onions on the fourth side.

Now, fold them into layers and prepare them.

To bake them, apply some butter to the pan. Cook the parathas well on both sides on a low flame.

Now cook until crispy, and serve these parathas with hot sauce or chutney.
