Babar Azam has announced that he has stepped down from Pakistan’s Captaincy in white ball cricket. This statement shocked every cricket fan but the bigger question is, now who will be the next captain of Pakistan cricket team in ODI and T20. 

On that occasion, the red-ball captaincy had been given to Shan Masood, who remains in the role for now and the white-ball captaincy to Shaheen Afridi who was skipper for one T20I series against New Zealand earlier this year before Babar returned to the helm.

There is the possibility that Mohammad Rizwan or Shadab Khan will be the next captain of Pakistan cricket team.
