How to prepare sweet puas

Sweet peas are delicious. Apart from wedding processions, you can eat them at different festivals. Preparing these sweet puris is also very easy. To prepare it, first take flour, then sieve it. After sieving, keep the flour in one place. If you are using sugar, bring water and sugar in equal quantities in a pan, then prepare one string of syrup.

If you are using jaggery, then melt it in a pan. Add cream to the sieved flour and whisk it to soften the dough. When the cream is well mixed in the flour, add black pepper and fennel. Make the batter thin so that it does not become too thick. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the puri. When both sides become brown, then flip them.
