To make sama rice pulao, you will need these ingredients: one cup of sama rice, about two to three boiled potatoes, peanuts between 80-100 grams, two to three green chillies, one teaspoon of cumin seeds, two teaspoons of ghee, now finely chopped coriander, rock salt, curry leaves and two cups of water.

To make Pulao made of Sama rice during fasting, first clean it well. Now, soak it in water for some time. After about 10-15 minutes, filter the water. After the ghee is heated, add some cumin seeds. When the cumin starts crackling, add green chillies and peanuts. Keep frying them for some time. Then add chopped potatoes and fry them. After some time, please take the Sama rice out of the water and add it. Then, keep frying for some more time. Now, add salt and water to it according to taste. Let it cook on low flame.
