The following ingredients will be required to make a dish made from Poha:

First of all, you have to take one and a half cup of Poha in a bowl, add a glass of water to it and leave it for 30 to 60 seconds. After that, remove the water from the bowl and mash it with hands. Now add about 4 chopped green chillies, about 2-3 curry leaves to it.

Now take a mixer and put the mashed Poha in it, add half a cup of curd and half a cup of water and grind it in the mixer. Then take it out in a bowl and add chopped onions, then add green chillies and add salt according to taste. Then add a pinch of asafoetida and a spoon of fried cumin seeds. Now add coriander leaves to it. Now add grated ginger to it.

Now mix all the mixture well and prepare small balls of it. Now heat the pan and add three to four tablespoons of oil and let it heat. Now put these balls in it. Fry each one well and let them become crispy for two to three minutes.
