Mumbai-Hyderabad Helicopter Crash: Four Injured, Captain Critical

A helicopter bound for Hyderabad crashes: A major accident has come to light in Pune, Maharashtra today i.e. on 24 August 2024. A private company’s helicopter crashed here, reportedly injuring four people.

The helicopter was flying from Juhu (Mumbai) to Hyderabad. A helicopter crashed near Paud village in Pune district of Maharashtra on Saturday, carrying four people.

The news reports that the captain sustained injuries and received hospital admission. The condition of the remaining three people is stable. Pune Rural Police SP Pankaj Deshmukh said that this helicopter belonged to a private aviation company.

It was leaving Mumbai for Hyderabad at the time of the incident, it was leaving from Mumbai to Hyderabad. The news agency ANI has released some pictures of the accident, showcasing the crashed plane. The helicopter has been shattered. Numerous individuals are also in attendance at the location.

According to a report, the helicopter that fell victim to the accident belonged to Global Vectra Company. The cause of the accident remains undisclosed.

It is worth noting that the 2-seater plane went missing on Tuesday after taking off from the airport in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. On Thursday, authorities found the bodies of the trainee pilot and the pilot providing training in Chandil Dam, while the search for the plane continues.

Officials gave this information. We have not yet located the private aviation company’s training aircraft Cessna-152. The search operation is still on.

The nearest hospital has admitted Anand Captain, one of the four people on board the helicopter, due to his critical condition. The condition of the remaining three passengers, Dir Bhatia, Amardeep Singh, and SP Ram remains stable and they are being given first aid. Local administration and relief teams have reached the spot.
