The policy is priced at Rs 59 and offers various benefits to the devotees.
What is the cost of the insurance plan?
PhonePe offers the Maha Kumbh Mela Suraksha Insurance Plan in two variants. The cost is Rs 59 per person for those travelling by bus or train, and Rs 99 per person for those travelling by domestic flight.

PhonePe’s insurance plan covers several expenses, including hospitalization, doctor’s consultation, outpatient treatment, personal accident cover, loss of check-in luggage, travel cancellation cover, missed connecting flight cover, and the cost of transporting the body home in case of death.

Open the PhonePe app and go to the insurance section.
Look for the new “Maha Kumbh” insurance option.
Check the details and select the ‘Buy’ option.
