Everyone’s eyes are fixed on Budget 2025. It is also being said that the allocation for the health sector can be increased.

According to experts, the health allocation in the Union Budget 2025 can be increased by 10 per cent. Last year, Rs 90,958 crore was allocated for health in the general budget. If it increases by 10 per cent, the total figure will cross Rs 1 lakh crore. The government has increased its focus on health insurance schemes like Ayushman Bharat.

real estate Sector

Akash Khurana, Chairman and CEO of Krisumi Corporation, says that with Budget 2025, the government is expected to initiate reforms to accelerate economic growth and increase efficiency in all sectors, especially real estate. For many years, the tax deduction on housing loans has been limited to ₹ 2 lakh per year. Increasing this limit to ₹ 5 lakh can significantly increase housing demand and benefit home buyers.

Indian Railways sector

Indian Railways’ capital expenditure allocation can be increased by 15-20% in Budget 2025. This is because the following year’s allocation is expected to be spent on time. The total capital expenditure allocation for the country’s largest transporter in Budget 2025-26 can be increased from ₹ 2.65 lakh crore in the current financial year to more than ₹ 3 lakh crore.
