Honda Activa Ev: High speculations in social media about the Honda Activa Ev. Activa has held one of the top-selling scooters in India for years. As time changes, the two-wheeler market is also upgrading. Automobile companies start to produce electric vehicles. Honda, which already has a separate fan base and a huge market in India, is also looking to introduce their EV vehicle. Rumours suggest that the popular company plans to bring a new avatar of Activa as an electric scooter. Though there is no clear evidence in support of those speculations.

Honda has installed separate setups

According to media reports, Honda has installed separate setups for the production of the Activa EV in Karnataka and Gujarat to keep its waiting period to a minimum. In India, this will be the company’s first electric scooter that will come under Make in India. It is estimated that Honda can launch its electric scooter at a price of one lakh rupees. It will be offered with different battery packs, similar to what TVS Motor does in its electric scooter iQube.

Probable features

Rumours suggest it will also get front LED headlights, LED tail lights, and a tall, wide seat. Two people can easily sit in it. It will get quite good suspension for bad roads. In the Honda Activa EV, the company will come with two battery packs and can give a range of 100 to 150 kilometres on a single charge. Several media reports have claimed that the upcoming Honda Activa EV can make a global debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo to be held in Delhi in January.

The company is all set to launch the Honda Activa-based Activa Electric. Through this scooter, the company will strengthen its hold in the mass segment.
