Additionally, EPFO members can check their PF account balance and the most recent contributions by sending an SMS to 7738299899. To do this, you need to type “AN EPFOHO ENG” from your registered mobile number and send the message. The “ENG” indicates that you wish to receive the information in English; if you prefer another language, simply use the first three letters of that language.
If your mobile number is linked to your Universal Account Number (UAN), you can also check your PF balance by making a missed call from your registered mobile number to 9966044425. Following the missed call, you will receive messages from EPFO detailing your PF account balance.
